The organizational changes that are prarie doggin in the assholes of the execuative staff, will painfully prove that all they do is listen to the false metrics as reported by the good ol' boys club and then create more problems and bigger hurdles for those of us who really work by making knee jerk decisions thinking that will solve the problem to those false reports. Between the knee jerk decisions of throwing more inexperienced upper management at the problem and then the exec staff from Susan on down, pushing for job accountability but not being able to follow by example, this company is sinking like the Titanic. Seriously Susan, why are you allowing this company to fail? Why can you not find out what the truth of this situation by asking those of us who are doing the REAL work? I know, you're too busy catering to your incompetent VPs and listening to them whine so let me clue you into the number 1 root cause to our failure; the exectuative staff including yourself, refuse to hold program managers and our contracts department responsible for their job functions. When they are allowed to get away with not doing their job and you put more stock into what they say instead of listening to both sides of the story equally and forming YOUR OWN opinion, we will fail as a company. Susan, we need your support to allow us to do our jobs the RIGHT way. We need your support to allow us to push back on the program office and contracts when they are trying to make us little people cut corners in our jobs. Because when we don't, that's when our company fails audits, and our managers end up giving us bad PDA reviews. Then you go and RIF those employees and you've just shot your company in the foot by getting rid of the only people who knew how to do the job right.

PMs, PLEASE allow us to do our jobs. PLEASE work WITH us instead of against us so this company can succeed and so we can stop failing at DCMA and DCAA audits. Susan, PLEASE help us enforce this throughout the company. Please help us to make this company/division great again. Please, I beg of you, enforce a culture change that holds employees responsible for doing their jobs "right" NOT "right now" and that includes your VPs, Sr directors, directors on down.
