It is in cci policy to give Jim his diploma, so for them not to give it to him, they are in fact breaking policy yet again. They can hold his transcripts but that is all. It states this on the portal under policy. Jim should call and make a compliant. Also, Jim cannot get a job to pay his loan because of this. He can live in any state and sign in to his online class. Don't speak of things you do not understand.
