Have you thought about the fact that students like Jim are the reason CCI is under the spotlight with the government. Jim should feel comfortable to go to the school or call without being harassed. @jim please call and ask for the president, tell him to read policy and call you back with in 24 hours or you are going to call the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Education. I alway google the CEO's email address when I don't get anywhere with staff who has no clue, which is all of CCI employees, because CCI does not train correctly.
