It guy deserved to get fired. What an idiot. Building 6 isn't shutting down, it's called a consolidation of resources. IT guy just sped his own trajectory up. As for anyone else using work computers, you're next. Focus on doing your job and "earning" your paycheck and at least if your part of a reduction, you can leave with some form of dignity...
