Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I couldnt agree more about getting to real layoff information but i will say this so we can move on. I worked with both Lynn and WAde in the past and they are both talented and smart leaders regardless of gender. They are both great communicators, they care, they recognize and they hold accountable. Neither Lynn or Wade can control or decide what happens will happen with layoffs. Trying to discredit them won't save your jobs. They can't guarentee the future. We respect them even if they have to hand us a pink slip. They both got balls AND a heart!! I hope I can stay with UOP but we cant blame our Dvps if we don't. I am at least glad to have been able to be with leaders who are winners.
