Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

This blog is out of control, there is some truth, but now it's been so completely hijacked by weirdos. For those of you that have left, we wish you all the best, we really do. For those that are behind, focus on your job, do the best you can - if you don't like it, try your best to improve your skill-set and find a new job. There are many great and wonderful employees at L3. It's disappointing how many people have turned to this blog - but have just freaked themselves into a frenzy. If you're that insecure about your skill-set, do a self examination and see what you need to do to fix it - is that going back to school, is it taking professional training to improve your skill-set - you have the power to determine your own destiny. I for one think we cut a lot of dead weight in our dept and I imagine there was a lot of dead weight across the company and perhaps more. But lets look ahead, lets figure out what we can do and just focus on doing our best. Sorry to sound like little Annie Orphan, but for crying out loud, there were some odd ducks commenting on this blog.
