@DoD Employee, no one here dares to blow the whistle on anyone here at CSW. Everyone knows that the retaliation that happens from the Exec staff is horrible and there IS NO WAY TO PROVE they retaliated. HR just smooths things over, tells you to take conflict resolution classes and then MAKES you see the EAP counselor (gayle phillips) who is as worthless as a rock for a pillow. In the end, nothing ever gets resolved and the people you blew the whistle on will ruin your career here at CSW, SLC. Is there any protection at the gov level for whistle blowers when they reveal fraud and the gov does not investigate?
