To be fair to the few that will be turfed they will let them know a few days to weeks in advance and then further stress those individuals by having them promise not to tell anyone. Rest assured there are "walking dead" amongst you right now. Make sure you don't get bitten else you will become a victim of the E&E plague infecting Manulife.
