Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

Yeah, Round 2, be careful the lawyer you get doesn't screw you out of any potential winnings. For example, you may go to court, L3 CSW offers more money to compromise, and after their fees you get pretty much or less what CSW offered in the first place. Now, it may open the gates for OTHERS to get upgraded severances as well... I'm not a lawyer... pick your poison/fruit. Is it worth it to you? It could be, it could be bad. So if you are thinking that better ask a good lawyer friend, don't pay up front, and beware all the ones that promise huge payouts, if they lose for you you've wasted time and lost the severance. I sound like HR right? lo, sorry.. just being realistic. now, on the other hand, "they" aren't done with layoffs, so in the end it may balance out, and if you sue now they will definitely balance it. It's evil...
