L3-CSW needs a good cleansing. There has been a LOT of good-old-boy networking, ass-covering-mode and lies, specifically from middle managers. I hope the "Great Utah Shake-up" includes the majority of these ba apples. L-3 CSW CAN do goo, but due to lax middle-management accountability and lower-level obscurities, the crap is hitting the fan. We will see how it pans out when the ass-managers can a few employees that did what they were told in fear of their jobs, and now, being jobless, have nothing to lose to report CSW infractions. It goes both ways.
