Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

Yeah, Engineering, HR I'm sure doesn't like to do this. But sort of like management, kind of like working at a slaughterhouse where you have to kill live animals everyday, they eventually get used to it, and it becomes a number or something in their heads. Then when that happens, they get promoted. The big honchos can't have people with a conscience to do the dirty work (that sometimes must be done, in their defense). They get paid appropriately to soothe the sting and move ahead with the stock reports. That said, this first round was all political, the next round will really piss off those who work really hard.
