Ops Test Technicians beware: All Ops Test Managers had a meeting today about 11:00 am and there they discussed which technicians, budgets, test coverage items on the axe list. Basically, "We hired too many techs... who can give or take or fire some to minimize the finacial burden on all of our programs. Who is on your short list? Do you like him/her? Is she/he proficient at A/B/C type testing?" These techs on Ops Test will either be traded to managers that can take them, or fired due to political reasons if they don't have a good relationship with their manager or a really, really good relationship with some other manager.
They HAVE to cut some, and not all of them like this, it's a necessary process. However, BEWARE of NEPOTISM, and also look out for certain managers in Ops Test that are favoring those that are LDS (Mormon Theology Brethren). The Mormon Theology Brethren in middle ops management has queered the selection process... not to hate monger, I love those that support those in need, but in business transactions the Mormons always FAVOR other Mormons.. ;keep that on your watch list, it will be obvious once the herd thins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
