Are these layoffs or firings? "contracted with a company to get your resume sharpened" sounds like firings. If the company claims to eliminate a position they can there for never reinstate that position without offering those lay'ed off the position first. So sounds like they are trying to hide these firings as layoffs. Well they will be held accountable if they reinstate my position without offering me the position first i will make sure of that.
