In regards to the WARN act, it only applies if they layoff 500 or more, or more than 33% of the workforce over a 90 day period

In regards to the WARN act, it only applies if they layoff 500 or more, or more than 33% of the workforce over a 90 day period. I am sure they will keep it below those numbers in order to avoid consequences of the WARN act.

As far as the "Appliance Policy" goes, when I first heard about that I thought it was a bad sign. I think they want people as "light" as possible so they can quickly and discretely get them out the door.

My Success Factors reviews have all been positive, well above 3, and I have not been scheduled for any Encompass training yet. I don't think they will let me go, but will post back again after Thursday.
