Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Glad to hear there will not be any layoffs in June. I admit that after reading the posts here I was a little worried but didn't think there would be layoffs, especially in June. This is because mass layoffs coupled with media coverage and an adverse HLC decision would spell "So Long and Goodbye UoP." Apollo Group and UoP exes can do and have done some really stupid things in the past but I don't think they are that stupid (although that is debatable). UoP is a cash cow for them so they are not going to give up their million dollar yearly salaries with multimillion dollar year-end bonuses. If there are layoffs, they will be done in the same manner as in the past: covertly, without warning, logic or common sense, and very quietly with little media coverage. Always remember, a sneak attack on the employees and students is the UoP execs way of doing business.
