Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

@Director--Are you going to fix the "fault"? That is a major issue. Our Directors demotivate us daily. They are not qualified for their positions, nor are the flexible. This School has always been of change however, when our directors refuse to align with what AZ says; where does that leave the employees? I work in a very small city, the economy is starting to turn around. 80% of current UOP employees are working very hard to find employment elsewhere. It is a direct reflection of management. Most of us have been here 6+ years. However, no one here is left alone long enough to do our jobs. There will be an exodus from this campus, very very soon.
