Any other departments in the CDN division notice a change of criteria for new hires? All new hires from my department ( the last 9) have been recent landed immigrants. Seems that we dont need to cross borders to hand out our positions to those who are too frail to speak their minds but strong enough to pull 20 hours of weekly overtime with a kind nod of their heads and a 'Yes sir/m'am' attitude. Manulife you never cease to amaze.
