Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

The ADG division is a joke at University of Phoenix. Enrollment Director Mike W. plays favorites with an employee that he is friends with and leaves work early with to golf with while other employees must stay and work their full shift. Certain people are allowed to do things that other employees were told violated the rules by him as well. He takes 2 hour lunches with his "favorite" manager, and then fired another manager for turning him into HR. Enrollments are dropping fast, moral is low, cronyism and favoritism are clearly evident. Complete joke of a director. I am glad I work for Patrick, and hope they get rid of Mike W. soon, the company would be far better off without him.
