Re Sexual Harrassment- you are so right, sooooo many times I've witnessed Presidents,Directors give "favors" for attention..one got laid off, then she was the only one out of 30-50 who was called back immediately- because they had the hots for her, she was no better of an employee than anyone else, calls in sick every other week (this month twice)...an admissions director brought his girlfriend in under "just a friend" until someone (a rep) reported it. What did they do- they promoted HIM while she voluntarily left. Bad behavior is a recognizable merit at CCI.
