Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

The university has created an environment where the people who are highly skilled in their position cannot be rewarded for their abilities and hard work. So, what mangers are left with is those who have no ambition to be successful and simply want to collect a check. Our leadership continues to beat on the managers as if we have some way to correct the mess that the executives (along with a anti-capitalist government) created. I can almost guarantee that if the directors stopped beating the crap out of the managers, the mangers would feel more excited to come to work which just may trickle down to the advisors. Just a thought. Maybe I will get blasted in this room, maybe not, but before you start tearing me down take two minutes and do some self reflecting and maybe you will realize I'm on to something.
