Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

UOP is an amazing company! Despite what a lot of comments state, I have had no issues here. The grass is not greener on the other side, if you think it is then go find out for yourself. I have seen a lot of people come and go and people say they wish they would have stayed. If you look at most major companies, they have all experienced a reduction in force at one point or another. Personally, I admire a company willing to make a change and admire them not waiting until its too late. At the end of the day you can chose where you want to work, if you don't like it, leave and if you enjoy your work stay and put your heart into it!
