Well said Truth (about the person posting the racial slurs)! That is all of the attention I will give this Anonymous individual.
As for the true purpose of this site I'm hopeful that someone will step up and give people a heads up that their potential job may be lost. I've heard of it happening in some areas but wish that kind of leadership was more prevalent in this company.
As it is there is a mass exodus going on of good employees due to fear of the continuous nonsense within the company.
