This whole reorg exercise is a way for people to keep their buddies and get rid of people that did not kiss there ass.
don't get me wrong, I am part of the go forward team, but stepping back and looking at the change in a holistic view I see a definite pattern, starting from the boys at the top, all the way to the managers.-You build your team with your buddies NOT with the people who PERFORMED. I FEEL CHEATED!
