Not sure about the stock price, it's been in the toilet forever and the dividend sucks! By all sources it will be a bloodbath and close to 1000. This rounds is Direcor and below and the mandate 20-30% reductons. They have alreay had to file with NH and MA nd it's no coincidence they are doing this AFER the Boston Marathon since they've plastered their name all ovr the thing.
