Bullshit! Black employees are allowed to make their own schedules, have all their tattoos showing, come to work dressed as a street walker, do not speak proper English. Why?? Because it's a "cultural" thing. The good black employees don't stay long because they are disgusted, what left over are always looking to throw the race card, get in disability and cry discrimination, if they are asked to perform like the non-black employees. Under paid? I doubt that very much or maybe in AZ but not at the campuses. Face it, your pissed because you can't break into the "C" levels. Why?!?? Because you "axe" questions, you are "do" told, and "subpossedly" UOP is racist. Not racists, just hasn't lowered the bar to accept ghetto-nomics as a real language.
