Heald is replacing the administrative staff with Federal Work Study for $8 an hour. The full time faculty making $45K a year are not putting up with for very long working for $2K or even less for a course with losing their benefits. DOAA makes it very clear to frustrated faculty that "Heald is a business and not a school". Admissions is so screwed up that they are calling up current students in order to try to get them to enroll.
