The former CD of Columbus, Shelby, was very sweet and quiet if you ever had the chance to speak with her. However, leadership under her (DAA, DoE, and DoA/DoF) were always quick to blame her when things went wrong. Whether it was student or finance related... All problems were the CD's fault...
