agreed, i have managers coming to me cause they do not know the basics of the job. these are people who have not or never interfaced with an actual student, middle management is a complete joke, shove your time wasting coaching sessions up your ass cause that shit is worthless. how would you even know how to communicate with students, all you people do is look for ways to justify your jobs. all of you need to be fired. we don't need you.
