Most of this is a result of just plain ole slothful ness. Leaders (directors) who fail to execute strategies. Why? You are too lazy to open your computer on the weekends. You try to come to work and ask your team for details instead of you being the leader that you are paid to be and execute details to them. It's LAZINESS! Do your own homework and you wouldn't be lost!
