Blame it on the people not working???? How about blaming leadership for not figuring out how to motivate, lead, and perform. The easiest and most simple change would be to have middle manage enroll and set the example through action instead of words. Leadership at UOP is sad. They provide absolutely no incentive for talented individuals and still expect them to perform while being micromanaged. How about having my manager enroll and get recommendations then she/he can bug me about it.
