Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

@Cat--So true!!!!! Our CD had the balls to tell us to push numbers on our EA's! Tried to use "Business Need" & "Sustainability" as the excuse to tell EA's that need no less than 7/mo. Umm...yeah, how do you propose we do that? We don't get ACC calls, my co-managers are covering their asses & running EA's out to "save the company money". One EM enrolls students for their EA bc that EA can't pass the needed tests! That EA is on Teir 1. This is the real problem
