What is the most disturbing thing I find about how UOP operates is that nobody outside of Enrollment Advisors, Academics Advisors or Finance Advisors know how to work with students and the tools that they have available. Most Managers have no clue about Phoenix Career Services, Life Resource Center, Phoenix Connect or the "proper" way to use SSP. It sickens me that I make half of what my Manager probably makes and I know a lot more about how to help students. Honestly, what is the job duties of an Enrollment Manager these days? Go to meetings? Take four hour lunches? If I were them, I would be worried about being laid off since they're only overpaid cube monkeys.
