Thread regarding Career Education Corp. layoffs

@"anonymous (High School)" - where did you work? I used to be an Admissions Advisor Specialist - Chicago area (I was Associate Student Manager prior to that). I agree we have the same issues as Corinthian or Apollo folks - we are like Pepsi and Coke, same fizz, we may have a bit more sugar than them, but the stuff pretty much tastes the same. Some things we did and still do disgust me, I left on my own but I do know many people who got axed - the situation is not better or worse than what you typically find in every for profit school today. I am glad I got out, I switched fields completely and I am a happy camper now.
