Now that TPG-Axon is on Tom Ward's back you will see that things will change - I can already sense it with some execs. You will see rapid restructuring, that will not be successful and they will start to lay us off to improve numbers and the bottom line. 2013 will not be fun year, I am already looking into options and I am pretty certain my head will be on the chopping block (shared services) - good luck and god bless us all.
