Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Haven't been contacted but my our campuses haven't really been effected (yet). One TX DOE has had of recent complaints noted against him but I doubt it'll be addressed. AC/FC's are being moved & "centeralized" to one campus. There are quite a few EA's that are being watched for compliance & performance. Numbers matter (especially if you are at the "gulf" campus). EA's need to work, your managers won't be able to cover for you. You can't play the race card either (85% of TX EA's are minorities). Stay off the radar, work, & stop the bitching. Yes, Mgmt has run us into the ground. Yes, we know your campus is run on threats, fear, retaltition, and numbers. Guess what... We don't care. Just enroll, get good DQSS scores & STFU.
