Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I'm tired of all the speculation. Can someone give a straight answer? Is it just management this round? The rumors are already out about another April cut being the patern is ever 3 months for lay offs. I'm tired of the sky is falling smoking panic. If you know something, that's fact, speak up. If speculation is all you have, state it as such.
