"Ill give you the list" you are misinformed. The DOE doesn't care what state you live in. It was made clear in a prior ruling that education could not be about numbers especially when dealing with federal money. So when considering suing do it because they are firing people over numbers not because you are mad you in particular were laid off. You got it!!!!
