So what if people are being promoted in corporate? Remember there are Apollo Group has MANY businesses not just UoP. Has anyone here even read the latest 10k report that the company has released? I bet maybe 1 or2 have. That report can answer a lot of your questions. Yes enrollments are down but they are still making money. However , even though they are making money there is not enough revenue to justify the staff presently.....simple math. If someone was able to generate say and extra $1 million for the company why shouldn't they get promoted or get a bonus? Its all about VALUE people .....ask yourself this: How VALUABLE are you to the company? People get paid based on their value to the business......that's why ACC and admissions people get paid crap ....they are not very valuable I.E. easily replaceable.
