I just feel sorry for the people who really thought "numbers do not matter" anymore. This is a revenue driven business people......it does not matter if you are liked or not. It is all numbers.....I knew someone who was always brown nosing with management and it worked......but , the first round of layoffs that hit he was gone . His team sucked. Personalities do not matter at UoP it is performance based period , end of story.
