Funny how everyone is mad about layoffs and such .....I am willing to bet that if the company said " Ok , instead of laying people off we are going to keep everyone on but in order to do that everyone else is going to have to take a 20% pay cut to make up the lack of revenue" People would be outraged......Everyone feels bad and wants to help everyone until it affects your money or situation , then its off with their heads!
