It is sad but being a robot, repeating SSP, learning the new career info, making in through the multiple mystery shops, entering recommendations--just do what these people tell you. It won't promise you the job. I have seen really good, long-term staff be let go. But if you make it to the next paycheck that is one more set of bills paid.
