Regarding HR's info... you need to check your facts. "Anybody can sue 4 any reason Apollo probably pay the lawsuit to avoid going to court (less expensive than going to court)."
Read the Employee Handbook acknowlegement that you signed. It states that you give up your right NOW and AFTER employment to a judge and/or jury trial AND that you agree to binding arbitration to solve any and ALL issues you might have with APOL.
