For all of those Heald salespeople doing the 12 hour shift this week in a phone-a-thon then you are probably wasting your time. It is not likely working 168 hours this week will save your job should you be on the list to be laid off due to the lack of production. The sales people are going to be taking the usual blame for not getting enough bodies.
