Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

I was let go from Everest, not because of numbers or performance because both were excellent but solely because I did not get along with my boss! My boss had over 100% turnover and yet instead of getting rid of him they let me go! I have worked in this industry for awhile and I have to say that CCI was by far the worst in the way they treat their employees! The way they do raises (or try to prevent you from one) and everything else was so degrading! I think my boss used it as a way to criticize and belittle you because it was how was treated in school or something because he was so strange! I am at a much better job in every way now so I am not saying this because I am stuck and not able to move on but I wanted to emphasize with anyone who is still stuck there! It sucks and the way they treat their employees is a joke......most everyone at my campus was looking for employment elsewhere! Just very happy to be out of that hell hole! If you do have a decent director, be grateful because I know from talking to others from other campuses that they did not have to put up with the bullshit that we did!
