time 2 DEMAND change in leadership people are in over heads if there is not a change in leadership begin asking Y
need new leaders leaders who will lead through these troubling times staff r afraid and that means not producing IF their r campuses that r performing go see what they doing. send the ceo and pep to those campuses. leave the dict vp's out and go visit the performing campuses u will get answers
