David Johnson said that the housekeeping and winterization at intake needs attention as the leaking water might freeze and cause a slipping hazard.
Dave Johnson mentioned that U#1 on the 10th floor the NE & NW corners of the roof is leaking. Bill Boyd suggested using hot tar in those spots to prevent the leaking. Bill will investigate with the only problem being how to safely get the hot tar up to those spots on the roof.
Dave Johnson said in U#2 basement, near the lower storeroom, it is unsafe for plant personnel walking near where the steam traps are leaking. Garden hoses are being used for drainage off the traps which are also inadequate. Dave suggested that yellow caution tape be placed around the area so no one walking by gets too close.
