Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Well SSP is good but management EM and DOE have no idea how to use it. They do not now how to discern or use rational judgment. It's black and white with no gray areas. EM and DOE don't even have common sense on how to use it, brain dead. That way the ship is sinking.
