Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I can only hope that SSP is going away. Not only because managers have no clue that they need to understand you cannot train or expect your employees to do something you never once pick up the phone to do let alone think you know how to train your employees on this process. The managers are a joke in many of the divisions...not all, but many of them. Let's include the ones who have no loyalty to their employees and associates - you know who you are.
