Let me get this straight... I'm working crazy shifts, didn't get the increase in September but was promised it in November, the execs are splitting their $750,000 PLUS bonuses, and now I'm not going to get a merit increase because I can take it or leave it. These assholes must be planning on going out of business! I'm bringing in a ton of students right now the RIGHT way but I have no incentive to do so now that I know they "leaders" so clearly don't give a shit about anyone but themselves.
