Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Yes I care about raises. I am sorry but if the locations that closed were bleeding the COMPANY dry then the COMPANY should have higher operating budgets to give the increases they pledged to give. If no "merit" increases then at least still provide the opp for the in-line promotions. At least let me know I did not waste my time doing preschool tutorials. I feel terrible for those that lost their jobs. I have been there before and I know how horrible it feels. You feel worthless, unwanted, and it is hard to look your family members in the eye. I also realize that I could be next at anytime but I am still here and going to continue in the hopes that the COMPANY does what they said they were going to do. From the info on this site it seems that the "leaders: already gave themselves a handsome raise.
